  1. HOLIDAYS BOOKING TERMS 

The website t2india.in (the "Site") is published and maintained by Prakriti Inbound Private Limited. A company incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of India. When you access, browse or use this Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth herein. When you access any of the sub-Sites (whether belonging to an 'associate' of the Company or otherwise) through this Site, then such sub-Sites may have its own terms and conditions, which are specific to such sub-Sites.

These Terms and Conditions of use and any additional terms posted on this Site together constitute the entire agreement between the Company and you with respect to your use of this Site.

Apart from the general terms and conditions the below mentioned are the specific holiday booking terms.

  • You acknowledge that pictures of the holiday packages as shown on the Site are indicative and may not be representative of the actual products.
  • The rates /prices of the holiday packages shown on the Site are just quotations and no blocking has been made. Prices/Taxes are subject to changes and availability.
  • You are requested to confirm acceptance of the holiday packages customized for you by return email for a valid booking to be made.
  • Booking of holiday packages is subject to availability and confirmation of the holiday package supplier. Special rates shall apply for peak seasons and the inclusions of such holiday packages may vary without any notice.
  • In case we are not able to provide the Hotel Packages as shown on the Site, we reserve the right to give the substitute Hotel Package of the same standard.
  • You agree that the terms of the holiday packages may be subject to change at short notices due to circumstances beyond our or the suppliers control including but not limited to force majeure events etc.
  • In such cases we act only as an intermediary agent with only the role of a mediator. Even if you make a booking through us, the contract will be between the supplier and you and the general travel and contractual terms and conditions of the supplier shall apply. We are not a party to the contractual relationship.
  • By making a booking through our Site you make an offer to purchase the service or holiday package from the supplier. We are authorized by each supplier to accept your offer on its behalf; this acceptance occurs when we send you a written confirmation of the booking and payment as per payment policy is received.
  • Before placing an order you are advised to check the description of the Holiday Package carefully. By making a booking for a Holiday Package you agree to be bound by the conditions of booking included in the Holiday Package's description.
  • Once we accept your booking on behalf of our suppliers, a legally binding contract is formed between you and the supplier of the service or holiday package chosen by you.
  • The supplier's general travel and contractual terms and conditions are made available by us to you by means of a link or full text before the booking takes place and they will apply in addition to those set out here. The supplier's terms and conditions may include provisions relating to payment procedures, default, liability, cancellations, changes of bookings and refunds (if available) and any other restrictions.
  • Where there is a conflict between any information on our Site and the terms and conditions mentioned on this page here, the terms and conditions on this page here will apply in priority. Where there are a conflict between the terms and conditions on this page here the supplier terms and conditions, the supplier's one will apply in priority.
  • We act as a mediator between you and the supplier and we cannot be held responsible for any non-performance of the supplier.
  • We assume no liability for the performance of arranged services and/or holiday packages and we provide no guaranty with regard to their quality or fitness as represented. We do not as well supply any guaranty for the availability of services and/or holiday packages.
  • The responsibility lies with the supplier as direct organizer of the services purchased by you.
  • We request you to obtain suitable insurances/other protective measures etc. to safeguard yourselves.
  • The suppliers providing their services and holiday packages through us are independent contractors and not our agents or our employees. We are not liable for their acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence or for any personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting there from. We have no liability and we will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
  • We only commit ourselves to a careful choice and control of our suppliers. Incidentally the relevant supplier shall be liable in its own responsibility.
  • Your right to cancel your service or holiday or modify your booking is determined by the applicable terms and conditions of the supplier. In such cases it is your responsibility to inform us in writing of such request specifying your booking reference. The time of receipt by us of the declaration of cancellation shall be decisive for the time of withdrawal and cancellation fees to be applied by the supplier.
  • The laws of India govern the Holiday Packages. All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Delhi only.
  1. BUS BOOKING TERMS 

Apart from the general terms and conditions the below mentioned are the specific bus booking terms.

t2india.in responsibilities don’t include: 

  • The bus operator’s bus not departing / reaching on time.
  • The bus operator's employees being rude.
  • The bus operators bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation.
  • The bus operator cancelling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.
  • The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.
  • The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child.
  • The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact, boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus).
  • The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.

Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus: 

  • A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket, ticket e-mail). M-ticker can also be shown if the same was provided.
  • Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card). Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.
  • All tickets issued shall be non-transferable.
  • Passengers are required to reach the boarding place 30 min prior to the scheduled departure time.

Change in Bus Type: 

  • In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some reason or any other discrepancy, we will refund the differential amount to the customer only upon being intimated by the bus operator.

Ticket Cancellation: 

Cancellation of tickets can be done on the internet (online) or by calling on the customer care number (offline).

To cancel the tickets online via user account, Users shall have to complete the following procedure: 

  • Log on to t2india.in.
  • Click on the sign in link at the top right.
  • Click on Request Cancellation against the tickets you have booked.
  • The User can either cancel his/her entire booking or partial booking.

To cancel the tickets online without user account, users shall have to complete the following procedure 

  • Log on to t2india.in.
  • Click on the 24x7 Customer Support link at the top right.
  • Go to Bus section mention at the left side of page.
  • Request Cancellation against the tickets you have booked by entering the Booking ID given in the ticket.
  • The User can either cancel his/her entire booking or partial booking.

To cancel the tickets offline, call the customer care numbers mentioned on websites anytime during the week. 

Cancellation of tickets after cancellation hours mentioned in cancellation policy: 

  • The User will have to contact the bus operator to get his/her reservation cancelled. Company is in no way responsible to ensure that the ticket shall be cancelled and the sole liability to confirm the same with the bus operator shall lie with the User.

CAR RENTAL TERMS

General Terms and Conditions 

  • Distance and time is calculated from garage back to garage for both within city and outside city trips. In case of a pickup from City A and drop to city B, the distance from the drop off point in city B to garage in City A will be calculated and the payment for the same has to be made by the customer.
  • .Distance and time are calculated from the operator's garage and not from the customer's residence. Customers are requested to check the starting time and the starting odometer recorded on the trip sheet available with the driver prior to the journey. Disputes regarding the same will not be acceptable after completion of journey.
  • Expenses like toll charges permit charges, parking charges, entry & toll fees are to be borne by hirer.
  • Service Tax & any other Government Tax as per Government guidelines will be charged on the total bill.
  • The estimate provided at the time of booking is not to be construed as a package pricing for your trip unless specifically indicated. The final amount for your trip will be calculated based on actual usage (number of Kilometers and hours).
  • For Local Duties, driver BA/TA is applicable after 10.00 pm (or after 12 hours of service). In Hyderabad, local BA/TA is applicable between 9.00 p:m and 7.00 a:m.
  • Extra time up to 30 minutes will be treated half an hr, 31 minutes onwards as full hour and will attract tariff applicable to next higher slab/extra hour.

Outstation Travel Terms 

  • For Out Station duties, a min of 250 Kilometers is chargeable in Bangalore. 300 Kilometers in Hyderabad. Min of 225 Kilometers or 250 Kilometers in Chennai. For all other cities, a min of 300 Kilometers is chargeable per day for outstation travel.
  • A calendar day begins at 6.00 A.M and ends at 12.00 Midnight. In case a drop off happens after 12 midnight, additional day’s charges (of 225 Kilometers, 250 Kilometers or 300 Kilometers) are applicable unless specifically stated in the package rates quoted.
  • Driver BA/TA will be twice the normal daily BA/TA between 10 pm and 6 am. (If the driver of the vehicle being hired drives the car beyond 10 p:m on any night or before 6 a:m on any day, then twice the applicable daily BA/TA will apply).
  • .No receipts will be provided for state entry taxes by the operator.

t2india.in Terms & conditions and responsibilities 

  • t2india.in is only an online car rental booking agent. It does not operate any car rental services of its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of car rental operators, vehicle types and prices to customers, it has tied up with many car rental operators.
  • Your contract for car hire is with the car rental operator and we are not liable to you for the provision of these services, however we will try to ensure that you have a car rental service at your disposal in our capacity as agent for the car rental operators.
  • Booking a car rental (that will be serviced by the car rental operator) from its' network of car rental operators
  • Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation.
  • Car rental tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
  • If a traveler cancels 24 hours prior the pick-up time, 10% of the total trip cost will be deducted
  • In case cancellations is made less than 12 hours to departure time, booking is non cancellable. On cancellation entire amount will be forfeited.
  • The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests will be entertained
  • The amount will be refunded approximately within 7-14business days
  1. HOTEL TERMS 

Apart from the general terms and conditions, the below mentioned are the specific hotel terms. 

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel.
  • Check-in time is 12 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. Please note that the check-in time is subject to change as per hotel policy.
  • Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Company will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  • Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  • Government has levied service tax on hotel room charges effective on stays from 1st May 2011. This tax may be required to be settled directly at the hotel.
  • This site is for consumer use only. Any travel agent/tour operator/consolidator/aggregator should not use this site for individual/group bookings. In the event of bookings by any travel agent/tour operator/consolidator/aggregator through the Site are detected, the Company reserves the right to cancel such bookings immediately without any notice to such travel agent/tour operator/aggregator/consolidator. The various discounts and offers mentioned on the Site are applicable to the Consumer for the purposes of end use only.

Cancellation Policy: 

  • t2india.in offers free cancellation to its entire hotel booking users. This means t2india.in doesn’t levy any cancellation fee of its own. Free cancellation is regulated by certain terms and conditions.
  • Hotels being booked may have their own cancellation policy and may charge user accordingly.
  • Cancellations can be done online as well through our call-centre.
  • Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. The Company shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating the Company and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.
  • If you don't show up at the hotel, you'll still be charged the entire amount.
  • Bookings done under offers are not refundable

Modifications & Refunds: 

  • The Company doesn't support changes and modifications to online bookings once they're made.
  • Do not call the hotel directly for reservation changes or cancellations. The hotel's agents can't make changes to or process refunds for these specially-negotiated rates.
  • We take at least 7 to 10 working days to process refunds for bookings cancelled online.
  • Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.
  • If Cancellation is made under the time stipulated i.e. less than 24 hrs, the company will retain 1 night charges at the original un-discounted amount

Domestic Flight Booking Terms

  • The total price displayed on the Site includes all applicable government taxes.
  • You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  • There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
  • Refund against partially utilized ticket is as per airlines terms and conditions and could take up to 90 days.
  • To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  • All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / supplier.
  • We recommend user to refer airlines terms and conditions before booking the ticket.
  • By accepting our booking terms, user is also agreeing to terms & conditions of the respective airline
  • t2india.in charges a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs.175/- for one-way flights and Rs.290/- for roundtrip flights additionally on per passenger basis.
  • Friends and Family Special Fares are applicable only on domestic sectors. International sectors don't feature under this scheme.
  • Special Fares are applicable for minimum two and maximum nine passengers in one booking
  • Seats are subject to availability
  • Special Fares are not applicable on group bookings
  • Normal baggage allowance applicable for these fares

A flat cancellation/change fee of Rs.1500 per passenger per way will be applicable on these special fares. Minimum two passengers will be required in the PNR after cancellation.

  • All statutory taxes, surcharges and fees are to be paid by the passenger, as applicable on the date of travel
  • Flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and change(s)

Check-in: 

  • As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.
  • For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure.
  • The passenger needs to check-in at least 2 hrs prior departure for Air India and Air India Express domestic flights else will be considered as a no show.
  • Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.

Amendments: 

  • Every booking made on t2india.in is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the Original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded, but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected
  • In addition to the airline's amendment charges,t2india.in charges an amendment handling fee of Rs 250 per passenger per segment.
  • We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
  • Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
  • All bookings made through us, can also be amended by calling up the Airline Call Center directly.

Cancellation Policy: 

  • Every booking made on t2india.in is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy.
  • Online cancellations:Cancellations can be made online by logging in to website. Step by step details for online cancellations are available Customer.
  • Offline cancellations:We also accept cancellation requests through phone. However t2india.in cancellation charges for such offline cancellations may be higher
  • t2india.in online cancellation charges:In addition to the airline cancellation charges and t2india.in will charge Rs 200 per passenger per segment for each cancellation.
  • t2india.in offline cancellation charges:In addition to the airline cancellation charges, t2india.in will charge Rs 250 per passenger per segment for each cancellation done with assistance from customer care.
  • Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic or email (For emails travel date must be more than 48 Hrs) through our customer support shall be entertained. t2india.in shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.
  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours before departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled. We will not be able to provide any assistance for these cancellations.
  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before departure, you'll need to contact our customer care executive through telephone. The request through any other medium will not be entertained.
  • If you have done a'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. t2india.in will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.
  • To cancel the tickets over the phone, call the 24x7 customer care numbersmentioned on the websites..

Refund: 

  • It is mandatory to contact t2india.in for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at t2india.in.
  • All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to t2india.in by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process
  • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
  • Convenience charge of INR 175/- for one-way flight and INR 290/- for roundtrip flights, paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests
  • The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.
  • On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
  • The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
  • Company will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.

Meal Selection Policy 

  • The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
  • The meal would be served only once in case of connecting flights.
  • The meal option is as per the flight's menu and availability.
  • The meal option is allowed only for adults and children (above 2 years of age).

In addition to above, for complete flight booking terms and terms &conditions specific to the respective airline 

  1. International Flight Booking Terms 
  • The total price displayed includes all applicable government taxes. Excludes all applicable airport taxes or other charges payable at the airport.
  • You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  • Name entered in traveler's details should be exactly as per the passport. Name changes after booking are not allowed.
  • There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
  • Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service are on request basis only and are subject to airlines terms and conditions and confirmation.
  • For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles or promotion/ tie-ups, please contact the airline directly.
  • Kindly ensure that you have the relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable), immigration clearance and travel with a passport, with a validity of at least 6 months as on date of travel.
  • To avail infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you will be required to make a separate booking using a child fare
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  • t2india.in is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will inform you of the same if informed by the airlines. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure.
  • will charge transaction fees for availing the t2india.in Services. t2india.in reserves the right to alter any and all kinds of transaction fees from time to time, without notice. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties and taxes for availing the t2india.in Services.
  • t2india.in charges a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs.200/- for one-way flights and Rs.290/- for roundtrip flights additionally on per passenger basis.
  • t2india.in Reserves the right to cancel any booking made by any travel agent using promotional offers for business purpose without any prior notice. The promotional offers are strictly meant for bookings booked for personal travel only.

Check-in: 

  • The passenger is required to check-in at least 3 hours prior departure for International flights, else will be considered as a no show.
  • As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours before departure.
  • Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.
  • You need to carry appropriates travels permissions (Valid Passport, Visa, Immigration clearance etc.) done before departure. t2india.in is not responsible for any issues related to documents (invalid or inappropriate travel documents).

Amendments: 

  • t2india.in can assist you with amendments to most bookings. In some cases, though, you'll need to contact the airline directly
  • Every booking made on t2india.in is subject to amendment charges charged by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded. The rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
  • In addition to the airline's amendment charges, t2india.in charges an amendment service fee of Rs 500 per passenger.
  • We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
  • Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
  • All amendments should be done at least 48 hrs (2 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 48 hrs and treat the booking as a No Show. 
  • Air Arabia bookings cannot be rescheduled or changed with us. For rescheduling or changing the ticket, please contact airline directly and it is subject to airline's terms and conditions.

  • Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy. There will no refund in such cases.
  • On top of the airline's cancellation charges, t2india.in charges a service fee of Rs 500 per passenger per journey for all cancellations.
  • Online cancellations:Cancellations can be made online.
  • Offline cancellations:We also accept cancellation requests through phone. However t2india.in cancellation charges for such offline cancellations may be higher.
  • All cancellations should be done at least 48 hrs (2 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 48 hrs and treat the booking as a "No Show".
  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 48 hours prior to departure, you'll need to contact our customer support team: 1860 258 5858 (local call from any phone).
  • If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. t2india.in will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.
  • To cancel the tickets offline, call the customer care numbers mentioned on the websites
  • Air Arabia bookings cannot be cancelled with us. For cancellation, please contact airline directly and it is subject to airline's terms and conditions.

Refunds: 

  • It is mandatory to contact Company for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at t2india.in.
  • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary and shall be done within 7 to 15 days.
  • Refund for partially utilized tickets (for e.g.:- only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take minimum of 25 to 30 working days up to 6 months depending on the Airline.

Partial Payment Terms and Condition: 

  • In case of partial payment mode, the remaining amount should reflect in our account as on due date suggested to you while booking the tickets.
  • Partial Payment Bookings are confirmed and ticket details would be mailed to you once your payment is received and realized in full. In the event of non-receipt of the balance payment within stipulated time, the reservation will be auto-cancelled and the guarantee amount paid will be forfeited
  • Until the payment is realized in full, should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.
  • Until the payment is realized in full, the booking is subject to cancellation by the airline or t2india.in without prior notice.
  • If the payment is not approved on given credit card number(s), you will be notified as soon as possible. In such a scenario you need to speak to the credit card company, or provide alternate credit card number, or change mode of payment as applicable.

On Hold Terms and Condition: 

  • t2india.in will charge Rs. 500 for holding a ticket at a specified price for a specified interval of time. However, the ticket will be issued only if the balance payment is realized by t2india.in within the stipulated time subject to following terms and conditions.
  • Until the payment is realized in full, should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.
  • Until the payment is realized in full, the booking is subject to cancellation by the airline or t2india.in without prior notice.
  • If the payment is not approved on given credit card number(s), you will be notified as soon as possible. In such a scenario you need to speak to the credit card company, or provide alternate credit card number, or change mode of payment as applicable.
  • Under all conditions, we should realize your payment within the stipulated time in order for the issuance of the ticket at same fare.
  • In case of delay of payment realization because of any third party and should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.
  • No Promo Code usage will be allowed in booking tickets through hold functionality. In case of any use of Promo Code with hold ticket functionality, the ticket will be cancelled and the amount forfeited.
  • In case of unavailability of the ticket by our partner airlines, we will refund your paid amount without any deductions.
  • This service is subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.
  • All the bookings made through this service are subject to t2india.in terms and conditions and the airline terms and conditions.
